Rockspur

Jo and Andrew visited Rockspur on 18^th August to speak with some of the people that attend the Independent Living Skills group. The group wanted to know about advocacy and how they can be supported. Jo and Andrew explained the different types of advocacy, and also gave them some leaflets.

The group then explained some of the experiences they had when they attended different hospitals. It was nice to hear of some of the great support they received.

They then discussed Co-Production and Rockspur have said they would love to be involved with this. Jo and Andrew have said they will arrange a sub-group with them to support the groups to be involved in the co-production work with the local authority.
