Last Week

It was a bit of a mix last week, the team were at locality forums and the Staffordshire Autism Joint Implementation Group Meeting.

We made some good contacts and we have had some interesting discussions about how we can set measurable goals against our targets, just getting everyone together to discuss this enabled progress to be made and to identify what we're going to concentrate on for the next 12 months.
