Equalbase

On Tuesday, Nicky and Liz visited EqualBase in Cheadle, we got lots of information about what inclusive employment looks like to different people and we had some interesting discussions around how people assume that working with disabled people will be difficult yet when they meet the individual attitudes can change.

It's was a lively discussion and lots of insight was shown into the issues raised. It was a lovely afternoon and time flew by. Everyone at Equalbase seemed to enjoy the afternoon and we've been invited back.
